At Glamorous Lash Lounge we are more concerned about the health of the natural eyelashes and will not endanger the integrity of a customer's natural eyelash.
What are eyelash extensions?
They are semi-permanent synthetic fibers of mink or silk that are applied one by one to the strand of the client natural eyelashes. This enhances your natural eye or can create the illusion of a different eye shape such as a more lifted appearance, wider open eyes or almond formation for a captivating look. Lashes can be applied for daily use or special events.
How long does it takes to apply eyelash extensions?
A complete application will depend on the volume that is applied. And it can take between 1.5 to 3.5 hours.
Does the application of eyelash extensions hurt?
Applying eyelash extensions should not hurt. some may experience a little stinging of the adhesive however this fix easily, making sure that your eyes are completely closed or changing to a sensible adhesive.
How much does eyelash extensions cost?
The application of eyelash extensions is an art and as result the cost varies with the level of experience of the eyelash stylish and the requested service (Complete set, Volume set or Re-touch). Set prices are base on volume.
How long will my eyelash extensions last?
We recommend getting a retouch every 2 to 3 weeks. If you wait too long your eyelash extensions will fall off and you will required a full set. Your natural lashes fall every 45-60 days due to the natural growth cycle and are naturally replaced with the growth of a new eyelash. Other factors such as exposure to steam or touching the eyes greatly can cause the extensions to fall sooner. Retouching is necessary to fill any extensions that has been dropped.
How do I take care of eyelash extensions after application?
Less is more for the care of your eyelash extensions. Avoid pulling or rubbing your eyes. Certain products should be avoided, such as anything that contains oil, as it will weaken the bond of the adhesive and cause its extensions to come off. Mascara is not recommended. it is recommended to apply a sealer three or four times a week to make them last longer.
